Women's Entry Fees:
$150 per athlete
Elite Compulsory National Qualifiers: $125 per athlete
Elite Optional National Qualifiers:
$175 per athlete

Level changes accepted through December 31, 2025, subject to availability.

Scratches and level changes must be submitted in writing to KYWinterClassic@gmail.com, and are based on availability. We cannot accept verbal correspondance.

Entry must be completed online with USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation.

Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. No deposits please. One check per gym. Payments will not be deposited immediately upon arrival.
