How To Register For KY Winter Classic
Entry must be completed online with USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation.
Please mail your correct entry form along with a check for full payment to:

Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. No deposits please. One check per gym. Payments will not be deposited immediately upon arrival.

Registration/No Refund Deadline: December 15, 2024

Level changes accepted through December 31, 2024, subject to availability.

Scratches and level changes must be submitted in writing to KYWinterClassic@gmail.com, and are based on availability. We cannot accept verbal correspondance.

Level change fee of $10 per athlete, as of January 1, 2025
